Toce Zirconium 520 Conversion Sprocket Kit

Toce Performance has teamed up with the Engineers at Dirt Tricks and a few other industry leaders to be able to finally launch some of the lightest and strongest sprocket kits on the market. Made from Chromoly steel rather than aluminum or stainless makes these rear sprockets at least 2.5x stronger than other units out there and longer-lasting. Machined with the tightest industry standards and tolerances. Zirconium plated and laser-etched designs allows us to offer a 2-year wear guarantee, with a free replacement due to defects in materials, craftsmanship, and excessive wear.

The finite element stress test analysis for 9000 pounds of chain tension (100 link 1100cc chain max tensile strength) results in a maximum stress level of 170,000psi
Our material's yield strength is 230,000psi.
Meaning the chain would have to handle 30% more pressure per square inch prior to any deformity of the sprocket. 
The tensile strength of the sprocket is 255,000. The catastrophic failure point is this margin...
