ABOUT US

OUR COMPANY

With a family history rooted in creative expression through mechanical innovation, it is hardly surprising to find Dan Toce at the forefront of innovation in the world of motorcycles. Working in a nuclear and military spec plating and tooling shops since his younger years. Dan had the keen ability to be able to move from idea to reality, with his years in metallurgy and fabrication experience. His passion for motorcycles from a young age and being a craftsman created an opportunity for Dan to start heavily modifying his motorcycles and eventually building his own vehicles. Becoming no stranger to the v-twin and chopper world years later. Dan was featured in publications like Easy Rider Magazine and is a multi-award-winning builder across the East Coast and Sturgis. Since 2004, Toce Brothers Performance specialized in stock length, extended length, and big tire swingarms for sportbike applications. They revolutionized the scene by bringing unique designs to the table and offering the service of widening factory wheels for fat tire applications along with their custom swingarms. While showcasing these components and kits over the years at every motorcycle rally they could attend, eventually, the birth of the first Toce exhaust was made.

Built simply to accent the tail section of a bike and showcase the arm and wheels. It was shortly after that the Yamaha R1 system was designed. The launch of these systems ultimately backlogged the company so deeply with orders, that Toce had to put the swingarm development and accessories on the back burner. Over the years Dan's unique designs came to life. After countless hours at the drawing board, investments in expanding the machining capabilities of the business, building up a full R&D department and Dyno facility. Toce began to produce and focus on its performance exhaust systems. Toce had taken it a step further and teamed up with some of the industry leaders to get a look at the systems Dan Toce had designed. It was a great feeling to be told by industry leaders, that after almost 20 years in the motorcycle business; the company had effectively designed and produced the leading performing aftermarket exhaust system for the Indian FTR1200 platform. This is when Dan was approached by SoS - Special Ops Survivors to build a bike for their charity.

Toce's parent company, AMF, used to nickel plate components for Indian Motorcycle, for decades. Considering the history with the company, being the leading exhaust for the new FTR, and a 1917 Indian Power Plus with no brakes or clutch, being Dan's personal race bike for the Sons of Speed races hosted by Billy Lane. It was a no-brainer that the FTR1200 by Indian would be the bike we would want to build for the raffle. The charity went on to have a very successful fundraiser, which was humbling, being that Dan was from a military family.

After a decade of developing exhaust systems for the high revving sportbike motors that pushed them into an international brand. Toce Performance would begin the development of its V-Twin Exhaust Manufacturing Facility. After a quiet, yet successful launch of the Harley Davidson Pan America. Toce has teamed up with Steve Broyles of Stevenson Cycle, to release a full equal-length performance exhaust system for the all-new Harley Davidson Sportster S 1250. The matriarch of the brand, and beginning to a long life of high quality, lifetime warrantied exhaust systems that will last the lifespan of your vehicle. All manufactured right here in the USA, in the small town of Manchester, Connecticut. The video below is a teaser of a series we plan on developing. The Full video will showcase a deeper dive into the business, how we've grown, our manufacturing process, events, and our vision for the future.
