Why hasn't my order shipped yet? / When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 24-48 Hours on business days. During summer months this can be extended a couple of weeks and will be noted on the website in business days. If your order is placed before 9 am (EST) typically it will process the same day. Otherwise, it will be processed the following business day. We do not ship on weekends. If it has been longer than 48 hours business days and you have not received an email with your tracking information, please check your spam folder!! Please note that all estimated delivery times given by the carrier are calculated from the time the order is shipped, not from the time the order is placed.

How much is shipping?
Please see the shipping rates and options available to your location when you check out. Simply add the components you're looking to purchase. Add them to your cart, and enter your address. You'll see a list of all available methods, as well as all duties and taxes included for international orders

Tracking shows delivered but I haven't received it yet.
All orders from Toce are insured for damages and theft. If the tracking number shows the item was delivered, please contact the carrier as they can provide you with the most accurate information, the soonest. This is something we would have to do on your behalf also, so we ask you to streamline the process and go directly to the carrier, considering; once the package leaves our facility. It's quite literally "out of our hands". Keep us informed if the carrier is unable to locate the package after speaking with them, and we will be happy to step in and file an insurance claim on the components and get to building you another exhaust promptly..

I got an email that said my order shipped but the tracking number shows "unavailable."
Tracking numbers take up to 24 hours to propagate in the system from when they're scanned. Please allow up to 24 hours to pass before attempting to track your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days typically, however in the summer months this can be extended to 10-15 business days. After your order is shipped, transit times have not been guaranteed since COVID started creating major delays; we suggest reviewing the Carrier's estimated delivery times off their website.

Can you combine shipping?
Yes - if two separate orders are placed on the same day, they will be combined and shipped together.

(International Shipping) How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days, or during summer months typically 10-15 business days. After your order is shipped, the transit time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. We will provide you with tracking, and an ETA for delivery upon shipment.

(International Shipping) I was charged additional fees upon receiving my order. Why is this?
Some post carriers in certain countries charge additional fees when a package is imported and delivered to the recipient. While Toce handles duties and taxes for your country during checkout unless otherwise specified, some rural locations will use secondary carriers to hand deliver their packages, who may impose a fee for their service.

(International Shipping) Can you mark my item as a "gift" and declare a lower value?
We are required by law to report accurate information on customs forms. All orders will be sent with "merchandise" on the customs form, as well as the accurate item cost and tariff code. Businesses that fabricate information on customs forms can be shut off from importing goods to the entire country indefinitely.

(International Shipping) No shipping rates are available for my order. Why is this?
If you are attempting to order parts outside of the USA and you believe there is an error with the shipment estimate or one is not displaying for you, you will need to contact us to make your purchase so we can invoice you directly. Note that shipment estimates and costs on our website are carried directly through the provider-selected shipment software to provide you with the exact cost.

(International Shipping) Why is the shipping cost so high for my country?
We have no control over what the carriers charge for shipments. While we have worked with them to get a discount other than retail costs for shipments. Increased demand followed by COVID lockouts for deliveries has fluctuated pricing tables across the board over the last two years. We would suggest waiting a couple of days and trying again.

Are these parts legal in my state?
DOT laws vary from state to state - country to country. It is up to you to verify the legality of any aftermarket part in your state before making your purchase. Some of our products will defeat emission control devices that are only permitted for use on tracks or closed courses. Many of them do not affect any type of emission control-related devices and simply offer more loudness from the engine. Many areas do not have noise ordinances and therefore should be fine for street use. While none of our full systems have gone through carb/caa certification or homologation to be considered road legal - checking with local laws is the best bet for sound ordinances on our slipons.

Can I return an item?
We will accept returns up to 30 days after the date of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and there will be a 10% restocking fee on all items to cover the costs associated with processing the return. An additional restocking fee of up to 30% may apply if the item is returned if it is damaged in any way, has been run on the vehicle rendering it non-resellable, or if any pieces are missing. Can I change my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can change it for you. Please call us at 860.289.7275 between 9 am-5 pm EST or email us at support@toceperformance.com. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to file a return request if you wish to return part of your order, or place a new order for any additional items you want to purchase.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?
If we sent you the incorrect item by mistake, we will send you the correct item along with a return label for the incorrect part for you to ship back at your convenience. If you ordered the wrong item, we will issue you an RMA# and you will be responsible for return shipping. 

How loud is the TOCE exhaust?
All engines aren't created equal. Some engines like parallel twin engines are generally louder due to their design of them. In some cases (depending on where you're measuring them from and what RPM) you can generally see DB's go as high as 102-104. A majority of the inline 4 engines we make exhaust systems for will run in the 92-96db range, and can be hushed up some with our decibel killer *sold separately*. These are generally good for a reduction of 6-9 DBs out of the current system. Toce's exhausts are baffled assemblies but engineered to provide a low, throaty note unlike any of its competitors.

How far apart are the holes on the bracket to mount the license plate?
All of our fender eliminators are for North American plates. The holes are 5.5 - 6 inches apart in the center. This translates to 139.7 - 152.4mm.

How can I become a dealer?
We currently offer discounts to legitimate performance shops and dealerships. Please fill out our form here. If accepted, our dealer discounts work on a 3-tier system. Please review the dealer levels below before inquiring. An initial buy and yearly minimum purchase are required to maintain your level.

Do the Toce Exhausts come with a tool to take off the baffles?
Razor Canisters are non-serviceable and can be sent in for replacement when needed. For baffle removal on T-Slash exhausts, there are no special tools required. A standard socket, open-ended, or box wrench of appropriate size removes the baffle nuts. Then a plastic hammer is used to tap out the baffles halfway. Then they can be withdrawn by hand. You will however need to purchase 8 screws (1/4-20) at a local hardware store to fill the bolt holes used for mounting the baffles to keep the spring tabs in location for use.

Do I need to run a power commander with the Toce exhaust for my bike?
While tunes aren't required for almost any of our systems. Anytime an engine, intake, or exhaust component is changed on a bike the fuel delivery should be adjusted. ECU flashing is an extremely cost-effective way to remap the bike to unleash the bike's potential while ensuring that it will run optimally, and have increased performance and overall drivability. We do not typically use PCs in-house due to their limitations. If you're looking to get the absolute most of out your bike, you're welcome to reach out to us, and we can set you up with a local facility to get the custom mapping done on your bike. While ECU flashing is an easy and relatively low-cost solution / the best bang for the buck, we will always recommend having your vehicle professionally dyno tuned by a facility that does ECU flashing. Every vehicle has different tolerances during assembly, components, and bolt-ons typically that can deliver more ground power than a mail-in service. Are there any coupons I can use?
