These answers are provided directly by the team at Toce Performance in Manchester, Connecticut.

Orders & Shipping

How quickly will my order ship?+
Many items ship within 24 hours; however, some products may be temporarily backordered or subject to production delays depending on demand and seasonal workload.

If an item is backordered or delayed, this will typically be noted at the top of the website or during the checkout process so customers are aware before completing their purchase.

Shipping options such as Overnight or 2-Day delivery refer only to the carrier transit time after the order has shipped.
Where can I check the status of my order?+
You can view the current status of your order by logging into your account here:

https://toceperformance.com/customer/account/login/

If you did not create an account during checkout, simply create one using the same email address used for the purchase and your order will automatically appear in your account.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and the available carriers.

Simply add the items to your cart and enter your shipping address to view all available shipping options.
How long will it take to receive my order?+
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic shipments can arrive as quickly as the next day or may take up to about a week depending on the carrier and destination.

All delivery estimates are calculated from the time the order ships, not from when the order is placed.
Can you combine shipping on multiple orders?+
Yes. If multiple orders are placed on the same day, they can often be combined and shipped together.

If you place more than one order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can ensure they are processed together.
My tracking shows delivered, but I have not received my package. What should I do?+
All Toce orders are insured for damage and theft.

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. They can provide the most accurate and immediate information about the delivery.

If the carrier cannot locate the package after their investigation, contact us and we will assist with filing an insurance claim and building a replacement if necessary.
My tracking number shows "unavailable." Why?+
Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the shipment has been scanned.

If your tracking number does not show activity immediately, please allow some time for the carrier's system to update.

International Shipping

How long does international shipping take?+
International shipping can take anywhere from approximately 4 days to 4 weeks depending on customs processing times in the destination country.

Most shipments arrive within about a week, but delays can occur depending on the workload of the local customs office.
Why was I charged additional import fees?+
Some countries charge duties, taxes, or processing fees when goods enter the country.

These fees are determined by your local government and are not included in the shipping price. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their country.
Can you mark my package as a gift or declare a lower value?+
No. We are legally required to declare accurate information on all customs documentation.

Providing incorrect information on customs forms can result in serious penalties and could prevent us from shipping internationally.
Why are shipping rates high for my country?+
International shipping rates are determined by the carrier based on package size, weight, destination, and insurance.

All Toce shipments are fully insured so that if a package is lost or damaged during transit, we can quickly rebuild and resend the product while the claim is processed.

Orders, Returns & Changes

Can I cancel my order?+
If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it.

Please contact us during business hours or email support as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, a return request will need to be submitted once the package is received.
Can I change my order?+
Orders can be modified if they have not yet shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make any necessary changes before the order leaves our facility.
What is your return policy?+
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Unopened items may be subject to a 5–15% restocking fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

If an exhaust system has been installed or shows signs of use, it may incur a higher restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?+
If we accidentally sent the wrong item, contact us and we will send the correct part along with a return label for the incorrect item.

If the incorrect item was ordered by mistake, we will issue an RMA number and the item can be returned according to our return policy.

Performance & Compatibility

Does a Toce exhaust increase horsepower?+
Yes. Toce exhaust systems are engineered to improve exhaust flow and overall engine performance.

Independent third-party testing has been performed by some of the most reputable motorcycle tuning facilities in the country. For example, 2 Wheel DynoWorks conducted testing on our CP3 platform and documented measurable performance gains.

You can view the testing video here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RapKoFXlJpQ

Actual horsepower gains vary depending on the motorcycle platform and supporting modifications such as ECU tuning.
How much weight does a performance exhaust save compared to stock?+
Factory exhaust systems often contain large catalytic converters, thick steel piping, and heavy sound-reduction chambers that add significant weight to the motorcycle.

Performance exhaust systems are designed to reduce this weight while improving exhaust flow and engine efficiency.

Toce mufflers are built using aerospace-grade stainless steel and aluminum and are engineered to remove unnecessary bulk from the factory system. This can provide noticeable weight reduction and improved responsiveness depending on the motorcycle model.

Actual weight savings vary by platform and exhaust configuration.
Will installing a Toce exhaust void my motorcycle warranty?+
Installing an aftermarket exhaust does not automatically void your motorcycle's entire warranty.

Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act in the United States, manufacturers cannot void a vehicle's full warranty simply because an aftermarket component has been installed. However, a manufacturer may deny coverage for a specific repair if it can be shown that the modification directly caused the failure.

In most cases, installing a slip-on exhaust will not affect warranty coverage. Full systems or additional engine modifications may require ECU tuning to ensure optimal operation and performance.
Will installing a Toce exhaust trigger a check engine light?+
In most cases, installing a slip-on exhaust will not trigger a check engine light because it typically does not modify the motorcycle's emissions monitoring systems.

Some full exhaust systems that replace catalytic converters or alter oxygen sensor placement may trigger a warning light depending on the motorcycle model.

If this occurs, ECU flashing or professional tuning can optimize engine performance and resolve warning indicators.
Will my motorcycle run lean after installing an aftermarket exhaust?+
Motorcycles are designed with a specific air-fuel ratio from the factory. When exhaust flow is improved with a performance system, fueling characteristics may change slightly depending on the motorcycle model and exhaust configuration.

Most modern motorcycles use electronic fuel injection (EFI) and factory oxygen sensors that continuously monitor and adjust the air-fuel ratio during operation. Toce exhaust systems are designed to work with these factory sensors so the ECU can maintain safe operating conditions.

For most riders, a slip-on exhaust will operate properly with the factory tune. However, riders seeking maximum performance, throttle response, and power gains often choose ECU flashing or professional dyno tuning.
Do your exhaust systems remove catalytic converters?+
It depends on the system.

Many Toce slip-on exhaust systems retain the factory catalytic converter and emissions components. Some systems—particularly full exhaust systems—may replace or remove catalytic converter assemblies in order to improve exhaust flow and performance.

Toce is currently exploring the development of a full line of street-legal exhaust systems that meet emissions standards, though there is no confirmed release timeline at this time.
How loud are Toce exhaust systems?+
Sound levels vary depending on the motorcycle engine platform.

Inline-four engines typically range between approximately 72–98 dB depending on RPM and measurement location, while certain twin-cylinder engines may produce higher sound levels.

Toce exhaust systems are engineered to produce a deep, aggressive tone that stands apart from traditional exhaust designs while maintaining balanced performance characteristics.

Do you offer exhaust systems for ABS models?+
Yes. Most Toce exhaust systems are designed to work with both ABS and non-ABS motorcycles.

For example, our CBR600RR system is compatible with both ABS and non-ABS models.
I do not see my motorcycle listed on your website. Do you make a system for it?+
If your motorcycle is not listed on our website, it means we do not currently manufacture a system for that model.

You are welcome to contact us and request it. If possible, we will add you to our development request list when we have the opportunity to obtain that motorcycle for system development.

All Toce exhaust systems are designed specifically for each motorcycle model. We do not offer universal systems.
