-Auto Returns are not Guaranteed! Please email us prior if you have concerns or questions.
-ALL ORDERS INCUR A 3.5% RESTOCKING FEE + Return Label. Credit Card companies charge us per processing transaction returns or not. Toce cannot be responsible for the $5-$70 fee we're forced to pay because you sold the bike last minute or decided to go a different route. We will, however, waive this fee if you've sold the bike and are moving to purchase a system for a different vehicle.
-Used/Worn/Damaged items may incur an additional reworking fee to make them sellable.

WARRANTY:
Toce Performance warranty's all of its items against manufacturer defects indefinitely. Please fill out the warranty form below. Once the part is returned to us, it will be inspected and either repaired or replaced. If the issue is caused by installation error or product modification (over-tightening, severed wires, cut plugs, etc.) we will do our best to repair the item for you, but replacements will only be issued if a manufacturer defect is detected.  This includes powder issues, cracks, or breaks in components. Toce Performance does not cover powder issues that are a direct result of using abrasive chemicals or power washing the components. You might be responsible for sending the item to us and we will ship it back to you. For products made by another manufacturer, Toce Performance does not express or imply any coverage beyond it's own product warranty. Refinished items are typically shipped via ground methods with no signature confirmation unless requested. ALL PACKAGES SHIPPED/RETURNED TO TOCE MUST HAVE INSURANCE FOR THE VALUE OF THE ITEM!
