The Fine Print Stuffs, Just Larger and Easier to Read

TOCE EXHAUST INFORMATION:
Toce exhaust systems are designed in-house. A majority of the systems designed here are not adequate for street use, as they will interfere with emission control devices and are often louder than some cities ordinances will allow for.  Toce exhaust systems are to be installed and used on an as-is basis. We recommend potential customers do their research or contact Toce for details. Toce muffler assemblies are powder-coated black. This means that if they are directly hit with pressure washers or hard water, the coatings can come off.  While Toce does offer a lifetime warranty on their coatings, clear indication of being blasted with a pressure washer is able to be determined and isn't covered.  Warm water and soaping and cleaning by hand is always the best method. Toce exhaust systems are often very tucked and tightly secured to the vehicle. Rather than use universal canisters and band clamps to hold to the vehicle. All of our systems are rigidly mounted with strength bushings.  This means that installation of full systems and slips can pose to be very difficult for someone not fully mechanically capable.  While we do warranty/accept returns for defective components, inproper installation does not qualify for a refund & refunds can encure a 15-30% restocking fee per item.  We recommend professional installation of all of our exhaust systems. Installers must be cautious of tolerances between fairings, and where your new exhaust system will be routed. These systems are designed to flow with the body lines of vehicles. Meaning that they can point directly or close to passenger pegs, or can run very close to the rear sets causing burns to gear, boots, or legs! Consider this as a "Use at your Own Risk" disclaimer! Be mindful of the new setup and if you have any questions about our installs or questions and concerns always reach out! DOMESTIC ORDER POLICIES:
By making your purchase, you are agreeing to purchase postage from UPS or USPS, which are third-party shipping companies separate from Toce Performance. Our building/handling time is typically 2-3 business days, as some of our kits are built to order and we do get backed up from time to time and will outline this on our website banners and popups.  If overnight shipping is an option for you during checkout, we will ship your product overnight the moment it's able to leave the facility. Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected. Toce Performance is not responsible for delays or errors. Toce Performance does not guarantee delivery time frames. If an incorrect address is provided by the customer, we will only grant a refund once the package is returned to us. Toce Performance is not responsible for any issues from purchasers using different Billing and Shipping Addresses. Shipping costs due to cancellations will not be refunded, and are only refunded due to manufacturer defects (upon inspection) or shipment of the wrong item.  No refunds will be given for delays or lost items unless an insurance claim is filed and paid for by the carrier; if the tracking information shows delivered but you cannot find it on your property, please contact Toce Performance Immediately, so we can file a claim and ship you another unit. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS POLICIES:
We are not responsible for customs delays, carrier delays, or import fees. We ship to over 200 countries and as a small business cannot inform ourselves on all customs for each one, but rather rely on the purchaser to know their own laws.  By placing your order you are accepting the risks associated with an international purchase. This can also be an issue if the package is rejected from your country.  Toce Performance cannot suffer the expense of shipping packages to and from your country in the event you purchased something that is illegal or unable to be imported into your country.  USPS and UPS delivery times are estimations only. DELAYS MAY OCCUR. This is not something we can predict or control. It is your responsibility, and your responsibility only, to look into possible causes of delays once the item is in transit to you. Please note that all charges are in US Dollars. We will only ship to certain countries via USPS Priority Mail International, DHL, or an applicable UPS Option. We are required by law to report accurate information on customs forms. We will not mark items as "gifts" or fabricate costs on the form. Shipping costs due to cancellations will not be refunded, and are only refunded due to manufacturer defects (upon inspection).  Toce Performance does not guarantee delivery time frames. If a delivery is made outside of the estimated time frame, or the tracking information shows delivered but you cannot find the item on your property, you must contact USPS or UPS for further information. Toce Performance ships every order over $100 with signature requirements upon delivery. No refund will be given for USPS or UPS delays or lost items unless an insurance claim is filed and paid for by the carrier. It is your responsibility to check the legality of these parts in your Country in their entirety. We do not have Standard, Homoglation, or E numbers for any of our products are they are designed for track use only and do not meet any known set of emission standards for public or highway use. Please see the Returns sections for more details. Additional shipping charges may apply for larger international orders.

FRAUD SCREENING:
We generally ship all orders within 2-3 business days however, Toce Performance reserves the right to hold or cancel an order if fraudulent payment activity is suspected. Any shipment delays resulting from a hold are not grounds for shipping refunds, additional return time, or any other credits or exceptions, such examples would be the usage of different billing and shipping addresses, lack of contact information, or we are unable to reach you via the contact information you provided. If your order is canceled prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued back via your original payment method. If we do not receive the item back in its original state, we will not issue a refund or charge a restocking fee. Please see the Returns sections for more details.

CANCELLATIONS:
By customer request: Orders can be canceled by customers so long as they have not been shipped for a complete refund minus the 3.5% merchant fee for credit card processing. You must call in a cancellation request to our office before your order ships as items that are in stock typically ship the same day.
• We reserve the right to refuse service (including the cancellation of an order) to anyone, at any time, for any reason. Special Order "S-Logo" Systems and FTR High Mounts will not be refunded once purchased. Refunds to an original payment method will be applied where applicable.
• We will cancel orders that are intended to be delivered to a shipping forwarding company, as well as hotels, motels, and other temporary locations. A refund following the above fees to the original payment method will be provided in this event.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded as we already paid these to the carrier prior to your cancellation. 

WARRANTY:
Toce Performance warranties all of its items against manufacturer defects indefinitely. Please fill out the warranty form located here. Once the part is returned to us, it will be inspected and either repaired or replaced. If the issue is caused by installation error or product modification (over-tightening, severed wires, cut plugs, etc.) we will do our best to repair the item for you, but replacements will only be issued if a manufacturer defect is detected.  This includes powder issues, cracks, or breaks in components. Toce Performance does not cover powder issues that are a direct result of using abrasive chemicals or power washing the components. You might be responsible for sending the item to us and we will ship it back to you. For products made by another manufacturer, Toce Performance does not express or imply any coverage beyond its own product warranty. Refinished items are typically shipped via ground methods with no signature confirmation unless requested.

EMISSION COMPLIANCE AND USE OF PRODUCT:
Toce Performance exhaust systems and ECU flashing services are offered around the globe. In locations that may have stricter noise, and emission laws. Toce Brothers Performance nor any of its dealers and resellers imply that any of our systems comply with local, state, country, or federal laws to where they are being shipped to. It is "you" the purchaser to understand what components you're purchasing, replacing, and being informed/knowledgeable on the laws by your governing body. It would be impossible for ourselves and resellers to keep tabs on over 200+ countries' laws and ordinances daily. Please purchase and use responsibly.

The US Federal Government, along with the local towns, states, and counties have broad and individual laws regulating the use of aftermarket exhaust parts, systems, and ECU flashing services. Any emission-defeating components or computer reprograms are generally never allowed on public roads and highways. Please consult with the appropriate facilities in your area before installing any of our components or using our ECU flashing service on a vehicle intended for road/highway, or public use. If you have questions about compliance issues, you can normally contact your local police department for guidance on what restrictions you are bound to. Toce Brothers Performance does not make any representation about the legality of its manufactured components, or items it resells from other manufacturers or vendors.

California's laws prohibit the use of any aftermarket exhaust components or systems that in any way modifies or removes and replaces the OEM Catalytic Converter. Toce Brothers Performance designs all of its systems and components for off-road/racing/closed courses only. Many of our systems are designed to remove these components and modify other exhaust components, explicitly to generate more performance for said racing applications. Toce Brothers Performance does not obtain/hold or has been granted any Executive Orders from the state of California, that would allow for our exhaust systems and components to have any type of racing vehicle exemption. They are designed for show and performance explicitly.
