TOCE PERFORMANCE DEALER NETWORK (OFFLINE UNTIL 4/8)
Toce Performance is restructuring its dealer program around committed stocking and distribution partners. This new structure is designed to protect brand value, improve product availability, maintain consistent pricing, and create a stronger long-term network for dealers who are serious about representing the Toce brand.
Dealer Network Support
Approved partners may be listed within the Toce dealer network and used as a resource for other shops, facilities, and resellers looking to purchase or source Toce products. Dealers are also welcome to provide drop-shipping services and support to other approved facilities within the network.
Facility-Based Fulfillment
Any drop-shipping offered through the dealer network will be fulfilled directly from the distributor or dealer’s own facility. Toce Performance will offer a small jobber/industry discount account discount for drop shipping and industry fulfillment.
MAP POLICY & PRICING COMPLIANCE
All dealers, distributors, resellers, and approved network partners are required to follow Toce Performance MAP policies (Found Here) and published pricing guidelines. This includes online listings, marketplace advertising, paid search, social media promotions, and any public-facing advertised pricing. Dealers reported or found in violation will have a single warning and then removed from any and all programs.
The goal of this structure is to protect margins across the network, prevent pricing conflicts, and ensure that every serious partner has a fair opportunity to represent the brand properly.
